Hope Training Center

Program Overview
Hope Training Center is a multi-purpose campus that plays a critical supporting role in the organization’s work. It provides residential accommodation for staff, guest housing for visitors, and space for sustainable initiatives that contribute directly to the care and well-being of children across programs.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Hope Center was repurposed as a quarantine and isolation facility, ensuring the safety of children and staff during a period of heightened risk.

Key Activities
- Campus and Residential Use: The campus serves as a base for staff and visiting team members, enabling consistent care, supervision, and coordination across programs. By housing staff on-site, the center strengthens continuity, responsiveness, and long-term program delivery.
- Sustainable Farming Initiative: Land at the campus is actively cultivated to grow organic vegetables and grains for children in residential care. This initiative supports nutrition, reduces food costs, and promotes self-sufficiency through environmentally responsible practices. Produce grown on campus contributes directly to daily meals, ensuring children have access to fresh, healthy food while reducing reliance on external sources.
Impact
Hope Center supports daily operations through staff housing and shared facilities that strengthen program delivery. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it also served as a quarantine space to protect children and staff. The campus’ organic farming initiative improves food security and nutrition while supporting sustainable care practices.
