Our work focuses on long-term support that helps children, families, and communities build stable and independent futures. Through a range of projects, we provide care, education, training, and community-based support that create opportunities for young people and families to grow, learn, and move toward greater independence.
PROGRAMS AT NTPHM
Community Development
Through its Community Development program, the organization works alongside villages surrounding Grace Home to strengthen families and support women, children, and youth from vulnerable backgrounds. By taking a long-term, collaborative approach, it supports communities to build resilience, access essential services, and create sustainable pathways toward dignity and self-reliance.
The program focuses on education continuity, health and well-being, life skills, and local capacity building, in partnership with existing community institutions.

Leadership Development
Leadership development supports individuals and groups involved in community service and social responsibility across multiple locations in Maharashtra.
The program focuses on awareness, capacity building, and participation in activities related to health, education, livelihoods, and community well-being, in coordination with local institutions and existing systems.

Grace Home
Grace Home is a residential care program for adolescent girls from vulnerable backgrounds, providing long-term care, education, and trauma-informed support in a safe and stable environment. The program focuses on healing, resilience, and preparing girls for independent, dignified futures.
The program integrates residential care, education support, health and wellbeing, and life-skills development.
Hope Training Center
Hope Center is a multi-purpose campus that supports the organization’s work by providing staff accommodation, guest housing, and space for sustainability-focused initiatives. The campus also hosts an organic farming initiative that supplies fresh, nutritious produce for children in residential care, strengthening food security and self-reliance.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Hope Center served as a quarantine and safety facility, helping protect both children and staff. Through its infrastructure, sustainability efforts, and flexible use of space, Hope Center supports the long-term work of care and community development.

The Infrastructure and Maintenance team ensures that all facilities at Grace Home and Hope College remain safe, functional, and appropriate for residential care. The team is responsible for the upkeep of buildings, safety systems, and essential assets, with a focus on prevention, timely repairs, and long-term durability. From surveillance systems to utilities and daily maintenance, this work creates a secure and healthy living environment for children and staff, while protecting the longevity of infrastructure built to support care and learning.
