Who We Are
New Testament Pentecostal Holiness Ministries (NTPHM) is a registered Public Charitable and Religious Trust established in 1991. The organization works with children, young people, and families from vulnerable backgrounds, with a particular focus on girls in need of long-term care and educational support.
Our Story
Founded in 1991, NTPHM began its work in Maharashtra in response to the needs of children and families lacking stable care, education, and guidance. The organization was established by Dr. Sammie G. Borde, whose decades of experience in teaching, institutional leadership, and community service shaped its early direction.
Recognizing the need for long-term support systems rather than short-term relief, he laid the foundation for structured residential care and education-focused initiatives. What began as community-centered service gradually evolved into sustained programs prioritizing stability, growth, and future readiness, particularly for girls from vulnerable backgrounds.
Over time, the organization moved away from temporary interventions toward consistent, relationship-based models of care. Its work remains rooted in Maharashtra, with activities across regions including Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Mumbai, and Jalna.

Our Inspirations
Dr. Sammie G. Borde
Dr. Sammie G. Borde (5 October 1932 – 8 March 1999) was an educator and community leader whose work impacted many lives across Maharashtra. Born in Chikhli in Buldhana district, he dedicated much of his life to education, leadership development, and community service.
He served for more than three decades in Junnar as a teacher, administrator, and institutional leader. In 1985, he moved to Pune to expand outreach and community initiatives across the region.
In 1991, Dr. Borde established a Bible training institute and later initiated a residential home for underprivileged girls, providing education, shelter, and long-term support. His work reflected a deep commitment to developing leaders, strengthening communities, and supporting vulnerable children.
Today, his vision continues to influence the organisation’s efforts to expand educational opportunities and provide stable pathways for young people to build independent futures.
Mother Teresa
Our Inspirations
Mother Teresa (1910–1997) was widely known for her lifelong commitment to serving the poor and marginalized. In 1950, she founded the Missionaries of Charity in Kolkata, an organization dedicated to caring for the sick, the orphaned, and those in need.
Her work emphasized compassion, dignity, and practical service to people who had been abandoned or excluded from society. Through her example, she inspired individuals and organizations around the world to respond to human suffering with care and humility.
Her legacy continues to influence many who work toward supporting vulnerable communities with compassion and dignity.
