The team is responsible for the upkeep of buildings, safety systems, utilities, and shared living spaces, creating a secure and healthy environment for children and staff.

This project focuses on preventive maintenance and timely repairs to protect infrastructure, extend the life of assets, and reduce safety risks. Regular monitoring and prompt corrective action help ensure that residential care and daily operations continue uninterrupted.

·Safety and Security: Installation and upkeep of safety systems such as CCTV cameras across residential campuses.
